Balsamic-Soy Bison Steak Marinade

Looking for a delicious and easy way to cook bison steak? Look no further than this balsamic-soy bison steak marinade! This marinade is packed with flavor and will tenderize your steak to perfection. All you need to do is marinate your steak for a few hours, then grill or pan-fry it to your liking.

Ingredients:

  • 2lbs sirloin steaks

  • 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar

  • 1/3 cup soy sauce

  • 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon ground mustard

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil [for searing, not for the marinade]

Directions:

  • Combine all the ingredients (except the olive oil) into a bag and mix well.

  • Add the steaks and marinade for up to 24 hours, and I recommend at least 2 hours before cooking.

  • Heat a grill or pan over medium-high heat.

  • Remove the steaks from the marinade and discard the marinade.

  • Add the olive oil to the pan, and then add the steaks to a hot grill and sear the steaks, then cook them to your desired temperature. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  • Remove the steak when it's about 10 degrees lower than you'd like the steaks to be and let it rest for 5-10 minutes, tented under foil.

  • Enjoy!
