Ingredients
1 tablespoon sesame oil
5 lb ground bison
salt
5 large carrots, julienned
3 red onions, diced
4 peppers
5 stalks of broccoli
4 cups Jasmine rice
Stir fry sauce:
2 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh minced ginger
1 teaspoon sriracha or chili garlic sauce
Directions:
Mix sauce ingredients together
Cook jasmine rice according to instructions
Heat pan with sesame oil over med-high heat then add onions, peppers, carrots, and broccoli, sauteing for 2 minutes.
In a separate pan, add ground bison, breaking up with a wooden spoon.
Add a pinch of salt to season the bison and cook fully
Add sauce then cook another 2-3 minutes until well combined and sauce thickens
Add rice, bison, and vegetables to storage containers.
Serves 10.
