This hanger steak was marinated and slathered in mustard before roasting. It was delicious!!
Ingredients:
4 tablespoons Dijon mustard
5 cloves finely diced garlic
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
2 teaspoons rosemary
1 teaspoon of sage
The juice of 1 lemon (2 tablespoons of lemon juice)
2lbs JJ Bison hanger steaks
Salt and pepper to taste
Extra-virgin olive oil
Directions:
Combine the mustard, garlic, sage, red pepper, rosemary, salt, pepper, and lemon juice in a bowl. Pat the steak dry and drench it in spices.
Put the steaks in a bag for 3-24 hours.
Heat the skillet on high and put olive oil on the pan, then sear the steaks and cook until done.
