This delicious ribeye steak is a fantastic and easy recipe that takes almost no time at all!
Ingredients:
2 JJ Bison ribeye steaks
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup butter
2 cloves minced garlic
1 teaspoon parsley
1 teaspoon sage
2 teaspoons rosemary
Directions:
In a small dish, mix the butter, garlic, parsley, sage, and rosemary, then stick in the fridge (or freezer if you want it quicker!)
Heat a pan to high heat and add olive oil to the pan.
Pat steaks until dry and season with salt and pepper.
Sear the steaks on both sides until desired doneness.
Remove steaks and rest for 1-2 minutes, and remove butter from fridge.
Serve steaks with herb butter and enjoy!
Rare: 115-120 degrees
Medium Rare: 121-129 degrees
Medium: 130-135 degrees
*Note, for this recipe we also made a delicious broccoli salad using broccoli, half red onion, almonds, and craisins with am ayo, red wine vinegar, salt & pepper vinaigrette.
