Cutting out processed food has been one of our goals this year, and with the roast bison recipe we made, you can turn it into a delicious sandwich for your meal prep! With your leftover top round, you too can make this quick sandwich and spice up your lunch this week.

Ingredients:
A few slices of bison roast meat from this recipe
Provolone cheese
Red Onion Rings (cut in circles)
Avacado (we used pre-packaged)
Salad mix
Sliced tomato
A ciabatta roll
Instructions:
Toast your ciabatta roll.
Melt your provolone cheese on top of the ciabatta roll.
Add all the fixings!
