This sirloin tip roast is a great dinner to spice up the night! It's roasted in the oven for a perfect, tender, and herb-rubbed treat.
Ingredients:
JJ Bison Sirloin Tip Roast
3 Tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons dried thyme
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoon onion powder
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
Preheat oven to 200F.
Mix the seasoning together (thyme, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper) in a bowl.
Pat the roast dry, then thoroughly rub the roast with the seasoning mixture. If the tip is very thick, consider diamond-cutting the roast first before rubbing the herb mixture over the roast.
Heat an oven-safe skillet to high heat and pour in the 3 tablespoons of oil.
Sear the meat on all sides, then transfer it to the oven immediately.
We recommend checking on the bison within 15-30 minutes and every 15 after that to ensure the roast meets your desired doneness.
Serve and enjoy!
